WHAT P0128 MEANS

P0128 means coolant warm-up did not match the PCM model. Compare ECT and IAT after an overnight soak, then graph temperature, load, speed and fan command. A stuck-open thermostat is common, but low coolant, trapped air, sensor bias, unwanted fan operation and engine-specific software can imitate it. The 3.6L, HEMI, diesel and 4xe have different cooling loops and thermostat procedures; identify the engine before parts.
